    - 1982 - 1986 Secodary hotel managment school - as a student

    - 1986 - 1988 Army time in the Army group of Vit Nejedly - as a soldier, singer and guitarist.

    - 1988 - 1989 Monasterial vine shop, Rottiseria - as a waiter and as an assistant manager. And I got married.

    - 1989 - 1990 Cocktail bar Der Clou in Munich - as a bartender. First child named John.

    - 1990 Opening of the vine shop Certovka - as a manager

    - 1991 - 1992 Corporation Gemini and it's wine shop Zatisi and restourant Parnas - as a bar manager.

    - 1992 - 1995 With and exellent cook, associate and cousine Zdenek Doubek we open and manage a restourant called Cerberus - as a co-owner.

    - 1995 - 2??? With the mentioned Vaclav Vojir we open Bugsy's bar - as a co-owner. Second child named Caroline.

    - 2003 - ???? With a friend, Pavel Prochazka, we start an association called Gastronomy International Quality (GIQ), which deals with the traning in manners and behaviour of managrers, firm owners, sales managers, etc. in the field of social and economical functions - as a co-owner

    - 2004 Opening of Sazka Arena, the most modern hall in europe. Bugsy's Bar caters eight bars on the Vip floor - as a co-owner

    - 2005 Still don't know, but I won't be boared - as always
